Tesco Superstore

"This is my local store and I’m not going to lie, there have been issues in the past. However, since the makeover/upgrade in store it’s a really lovely modern store. Today I went in on my own for the first time since having major surgery. I needed a trolley as I can’t carry much and was feeling a bit vulnerable. I got to the coffee/tea aisle and there was no Tesco own brand Earl Grey. There was a man called Jack restocking the shelves and he asked if I needed help. He proceeded to scan the barcode, search for me, and then went out the back and searched the delivery out back. He came back with 2 boxes just in case, which is what I actually wanted unbeknownst to Jack. I was so grateful as I was feeling a bit nervous and delicate. What a super kind chap! Not all heroes were capes, Jack! Thank you! Tesco - you should be proud of an employee like Jack, unlike a couple of the youngsters often on self checkout who just look surly! Keep up the good work!"

"This looks like a common theme over the past month or so... Went to Tesco tonight to grab milk reay for the morning. It was closed before midnight. Doors completely locked. Staff inside with the music blaring loudly. Gave 3 stars because when it is open, staff on the tills always really friendly, helpful and chatty."
